Writing B2C and B2B Portfolio

Feel free to look at some of my B2B & B2C published media.

As you’ll see, I love creating it.  I’ve written on a variety of topics.  Plus, as an author, I have first-hand internet marketing experience.

Keep me in mind for any of your upcoming projects.  Click these red links below to get an idea of my work.  Also, keep scrolling to see other media.

Articles/Posts

The top sample B2B is a repurposed journalistic how-to post on Medium’s The Brave Writer. This piece unmasked the formulaic writing pattern within Chicken Soup for the Soul stories. Once a sample story was presented, it was taken apart. Then, the post taught writers how to use analysis insights from the Chicken Soup style story to improve their storytelling technique.

This second sample B2C was written for Linked-In. I discovered a problem maximizing my job-search time. Employers were limiting data entry fields on on-line job applications to Twitter post size limits.

This article helped applicants overcome this struggle with helpful tips.

The third sample was posted on Elephant Journal. From my study of this audience, articles that scored highest leaned to the poetic side.

This site focuses on attracting writers who share strong narratives. Then, it encourages authors to pair their stories with striking lead images. This magazine magnetizes toward featuring shocking situations to bring awareness to pressing social issues.

I chose to discuss experiences surrounding the confrontation of risk in my life and how to overcome fears of unknown futures.

Medium houses my fourth sample. Medium’s audience prefers journalism, not blogs. Yet, Medium’s electronic format poses problems in that the text is not produced in an on-line reader-friendly format. So, in order to appeal to both audiences of blog readers and magazine readers, I produced a cross-over article.

I included super hero-themed pictures to break up the heavy text and the problem was resolved.

This post explored the self-sabotaging habits of teachers and creative. It also explained strategies to use to avoid going back to the habit of self-care neglect.

The fifth sample (B2B) is a post for a freelance writing site, Freelancer FAQs. This post presented challenges in defining the audience and navigating a complex message. First, I had to convince clients why humor is a good brand-building strategy regardless of their industry. Second, I had to write a technical manual (in a post) to help freelancers include humor in their client’s content writing material.
